LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan Supreme Court Justice Diane Hathaway is allegedly under investigation by the FBI.  According to Channel 7 Action News, it's not clear when the FBI's investigation began, but grand jury subpoenas have already been issued.

The probe involves the shuffling of properties made by Hathaway prior to a short sale.  It involves homes in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan, and Florida.
