LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson says the ballots are in the mail for military and overseas voters. Federal law requires those ballots to be sent out this week, and Johnson is reminding the more than 15-hundred local clerks offices to be sure it happens. Military and overseas voters have the option of receiving the ballots by email, which can cut up to two weeks off the arrival and response times.
