Denny Hamlin bounced back in the Chase for the Sprint Cup after winning Sunday's Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Hamlin started the Chase as the first seed but had a disappointing run at Chicagoland which put him 15 points out of the points lead. Yesterday’s win was his fifth victory of the season while Jimmie Johnson's second-place finish put him atop the Chase standings after two out of ten races. He's one point up on Brad Keselowski, who finished sixth. Jeff Gordon took third at Loudon, followed by Clint Bowyer and Kasey Kahne. Defending Cup champion Tony Stewart was seventh. Next on the schedule is the Triple-A 400 at Dover International Speedway.
