Brandt Snedeker captured the FedExCup by winning the Tour Championship on Sunday. Snedeker finished at 10-under for the championship to notch a three-shot win over Justin Rose in Atlanta. Snedeker pocketed 1.44 million dollars for winning the tournament and earned another ten million for capturing the Cup. Rory McIlroy began the final round two shots back and in the lead for the Cup, but finished in a tie for 10th in the tournament. Tiger Woods also had a chance for a third Cup, but ended in a tie for eighth at the tournament. McIlroy and Woods finished in second and third, respectively, in the final FedExCup standings.
