Lion’s quarterback Matthew Stafford was a full participant in Friday's practice and is listed as probable for Sunday's game at Ford Field against the Vikings.Stafford’s sore hip kept him out of Wednesday’s practice and he was limited on Thursday. Running back Mikel Leshoure  is listed as questionable because of a groin injury. Leshoure rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown in last week’s loss atTennessee.
