OAKLAND COUNTY, MI (WKZO) -- The man they call the I-96 shooter will undergo an independent psychiatric evaluation. His attorney notified a judge in Oakland County that the arrangements were being made to have a psychologist evaluate Raulie Casteel. The suspect faces 60 charges for two dozen shootings at random cars and individuals. He only hit one of them, a man from Delton on his way to a Tigers World Series Game. That man has since recovered.
In a separate complaint, The Attorney General’s office has charged Casteel with domestic terrorism in Livingston County.
