HOLLAND (WHTC) - A flood warning remains in effect for Ottawa and Allegan counties this Saturday, and Ottawa County has declared a state of emergency in the wake of the flooding resulting from Thursday’s heavy rains. While the flood waters have receded in the Holland area, it’s a different story on the Grand River, particularly in Robinson Township. As of Friday night, the Grand was nearly four feet above flood stage, and it’s not expected to crest until Tuesday, when it could rise to 18 feet, nearly five feet above flood stage.
