CLIMAX, MI (WTVB) - One person is in critical condition at a Kalamazoo hospital and at least 20 others were hurt yesterday when a Greyhound bus smacked into the rear end of a semi on I-94. The crash closed the westbound lanes of the highway for several hours Thursday following the 10:30 a.m. collision near the Climax exit.
The replacement bus sent by Greyhound to take the uninjured passengers the rest of the way to Chicago broke down twice while headed to the Windy City. Police don't know yet exactly what caused the crash. The bus was headed from Toronto to Chicago.
