The Pistons clipped the Cavaliers 117-to-99 last night at the Palace. Detroit snapped a 2-game skid and beat Cleveland for the fifth straight time. Brandon Knight tallied 20 points and 10 assists in the win while Kyle Singler also had 20 points and Greg Monroe added a double-double with 18 points and 16 boards. The Pistons improved to 18-and-29 and will stay home tomorrow afternoon for a game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
