LANSING (WKZO) -- Water levels on Lake Michigan and Lake Huron are continuing to drop. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says their tests, conducted through January 31st, have the lakes lower than at any time since records began being kept in 1918. The monthly mean water level is just over 576-feet above sea level, lower than the previous record set in 1964.
