Wednesday was National Signing Day with Michigan landing a top ten class of recruits for the second straight year with one scouting service ranking the Wolverines’ haul the second best in the country. Michigan got the top-rated running back in the nation, Derrick Green from Virginia and a four star quarterback in Shane Morris from Warren De La Salle. And at Michigan State, coach Mark Dantonio said they landed a talented class top to bottom with the Spartans’ group this year listed as 39^th in the nation by Rivals.com. Nationally, ESPN ranks the top five recruiting classes as Alabama, Florida, Ohio State, Notre Dame and Ole Miss.
