BRONSON, MI (WTVB) - Quite a busy day Thursday for the Bronson Fire Department. During the Noon hour, they were called out for haz mat duty and stand-by on U-S-12 near Wildlife Road in Bethel Township when a grain hauler rolled over. No injuries were reported in the accident that was reported around 12:15 p.m and shut down the roadway for awhile. Then last night, around 8:45, one minor injury was reported with one person taken to the Community Health Center of Branch County in a two car crash, again on U-S-12 near Cary Lake road. Again, a haz-mat cleanup response was required because leaking gasoline. Michigan State Police covered the crash. No news release was provided and further details were unavailable.
