Michigan State now has some company atop the Big Ten standings as number-one Indiana and the Spartans are tied for first place after Indiana’s 81-to-68 win yesterday at 10^th-ranked Ohio State. The outcome leaves M-S-U and the Hoosiers with 9-and-2 league marks while Michigan and Wisconsin tied for second at 8-and-3. Tomorrow night, it’s Michigan at Michigan State. Also yesterday in the Big Ten, Illinois backed up its upset victory Thursday over Indiana by winning 57-to-53 at number-18 Minnesota.
