Big Ten co-leaders Michigan State and Indiana have a two game cushion heading into their games tomorrow with a trio of teams now tied for second place after last night’s action around the league. Number 13 Ohio State pulled away in the second half at home to beat Northwestern 69-to-59 while 20th-ranked Wisconsin fell into a tie with O-S-U after the Badgers lost 58-53 at Minnesota. The Buckeyes, Badgers, and Michigan are all 8-and-4 in conference play. Tomorrow, it’s number-8 Michigan State at Nebraska while top-ranked Indiana hosts Purdue. Sunday, 4th-ranked Michigan hosts Penn St.
