LANSING (WKZO) -- State Senator Mark Jansen of Gaines Township is trying again to get bills passed to ban health insurers from covering "elective abortion" unless the policyholder pays more for a supplemental rider.  Jansen got the measure attached to bills overhauling Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan last year, prompting Governor Snyder to veto them, despite his desire to pass the reforms to the Blues.
