LANSING (WKZO) -- Tuesday is the first day illegal immigrants whose parents brought them into the country when they were young, will be allowed to apply for state driver's licenses and IDs. To be eligible, people have to be 30-years-old or younger, prove that they arrived in the country before they turned 16 and have been living in the U.S. for at least five years. Additionally, they have to prove they're either in school, have graduated, or have served in the military.
