HARTFORD, MI  (WKZO) --  A former Hartford High School teacher will not face charges for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a student in the 2011-12 school year.  Christopher Carr resigned earlier this month.  The Van Buren County Prosecutor's Office says they will not be pressing charges due to a lack of evidence.  The student no longer attends Hartford High School.
