COMSTOCK, MI (WTVB) - A company that makes vehicles that are used by miners to drive in and out of mine shafts is moving to southwest Michigan and is looking for 150 new employees.  Getman Corporation plans to build a new plant in Comstock and is holding a job fair today at the Michigan Works office on Burdick in Kalamazoo.

They are currently located in Bangor but plan to move to their new 5.5 million dollar facility in Comstock when it is built. Today’s job fair runs until 2 pm and the emphasis will be on the skilled trades.  They need mechanics, welders , and workers with industrial skill sets.
