LANSING (WKZO) -- The Michigan Department of Technology Management and Budget says it has completed the process of restoring food assistance benefits to all Bridge Cards that were impacted by an error discovered on Thursday.
They say they had everything back on track before noon Saturday.
They say that they have resumed their normal schedule and all recipients can now plan for receipt of their benefits on time.
There was some confusion because only those clients with an identification number ending in “0” were impacted, but some card holders with different last numbers claimed they were also failing to get benefits.
Apparently the client identification is different than the number appearing on the front of the Bridge Card.
