LANSING (WKZO) -- Michigan Governor Rick Snyder is scheduled to deliver his third State of the State address this week.
Officials expect Snyder's address to be more subdued than past years, with the only major initiative being a road funding plan. The plan could call for increases in vehicle registration fees and fuel taxes to help fund road improvements.
Snyder is slated to deliver the State of the State address at the Capitol on Wednesday.
