QUINCY, MI (WTVB)-The 2013 Quincy Chain of Lakes Tip-Up Festival is happening in less than two weeks and the royalty reigning over this year’s event will be led by festival Queen Alayna Herman. She was honored with her selection at Saturday night’s pageant at the Tibbits Opera House in Coldwater. The first runner up was Kailey Thorn and second runner up Melissa Myers. Recognized as the Spirit of Tip Up and Miss Congeniality was Kailey Thorn, who also took home the talent award. The honors for most photogenic and audience choice went to Bobbie Avra and the academic award was presented to Melissa Myers.
