The preliminary rosters for the World Baseball Classic in March announced on Thursday don’t include any Tigers on the United States team although Detroit right hander Anibal Sanchez has joined Miguel Cabrera on the Venezuela squad. Tiger’s reliever Octavio Dotel will pitch for the Dominican Republic.
