ANN ARBOR (WKZO) -- A former Michigan Supreme Court Justice pleaded guilty to bank fraud charges in Ann Arbor this morning.
Diane Hathaway admitted she tried to defraud I.N.G. Direct Bank of 600-thousand dollars in a scheme involving a home in Grosse Pointe Park. She tried to hide assets and put a home in Florida in the name of her stepdaughter to hide assets.
Hathaway faces up to 33-months in prison on the charge, however her attorney is expected to ask for probation for the former justice.
