The Boston Bruins have taken early command of the Eastern Conference Finals with last night’s 6-to-1 Game Two victory over the Penguins in Pittsburgh. Coming off a 3-0 shutout of the Penguins in Game 1, Boston scored the first three goals Monday night and never looked back in taking a 2-0 lead in this best-of-seven series. The other conference final also has a team up by two games, looking to make it three as the Chicago Blackhawks will play in Los Angeles against the Kings tonight in Game 3 of the Western Conference finals. A pair of wins at home in the first two games has the Blackhawks leading the series as the team is looking to advance to the Stanley Cup finals for the first time since winning it in 2010. The Kings, meanwhile, will need to rally if they want to have a shot at defending the franchise's only crown which they won last year.
