Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio’s tenth season with the Spartans could possibly include a true freshman starting at quarterback, something that’s never happened during his tenure in East Lansing. Dantonio admitted Wednesday that if Damion Terry has an outstanding fall camp, the honorable mention Parade All-American from Erie, Pennsylvania could have a shot, although a slim one, at unseating senior Andrew Maxwell as the favorite to be under center at quarterback when MSU hosts Western Michigan on August 30th to open their schedule for the 2013 season. Also in the running to lead the Spartans as their top signal caller are sophomore Connor Cook and redshirt freshman Tyler O’Connor.
