MARSHALL, MI (WTVB) - They held a vigil in Marshall yesterday on the 9^th anniversary of the disappearance of Mary Lynn Lands, releasing 49 helium balloons.  She would have been 49 this year.  Land’s former boyfriend, who is serving time for an assault on a subsequent girlfriend, remains a person of interest in her death.
