DETROIT (WKZO) -- While spending time behind bars former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick still has to pay his restitution to the city of Detroit. Kilpatrick was convicted earlier this week on 24-criminal counts. He faces 20-years or more in prison. In the meantime, Kilpatrick still owes more than 850-thousand dollars in restitution.
