Safety Louis Delmas is returning to the Lions after agreeing to a two year contract. The 25-year-old had visited the Rams and 49ers this week, but opted to come back to the team that drafted him out of Western Michigan in the second round in 2009. Knee injuries have limited Delmas to 19 games over the last two seasons.
