DETROIT (WKZO) -- Two congressmen from Detroit are asking for a review of Michigan's emergency financial manager law.  Democratic Representatives John Conyers of Detroit and Gary Peters of Bloomfield Township are asking nonpartisan investigators to review the state's Emergency Manager law and determine whether it has been misused.  The representatives are seeking information on the use of the law and its affect on the operation of federally funded programs.
