LANSING (WKZO) -- State lawmakers refused to pass bills to set up a joint federal-state health exchange under the Affordable Care Act, and it's going to cost taxpayerss. A spokesman for Governor Rick Snyder says the state is now responsible for coming up with at least 8.3-million dollars after the Legislature left 31-million in federal funding on the table.
