Phil Jackson has agreed to serve in an advisory capacity for the Pistons in their search for a new head coach. Jackson, who stepped down as coach of the Lakers following the 2010-2011 season, won six titles with the Bulls and five more with the Lakers. Detroit fired Lawrence Frank last month following a 29-and-53 season.
