NORTON SHORES, MI (WKZO)-- It will be two weeks tonight since Jessica Heeringa vanished from her job at a gas station in Norton Shores. The young mother remains missing with no end to the search or investigation in sight.
For the family all they can do is wait.
Jessica’s grandmother, Diane Homrich says they are trying to remain optimistic. Investigators say tips are beginning to slow down but they are still waiting for a number of items that could help, including an FBI profile of the suspect. They are also waiting for analysis of cell phone traffic that night, and electronically enhanced images of the silver mini-van that would verify the make, model and year of the vehicle.
