DETROIT (WKZO) -- General Motors' September sales in the U.S. dropped by eleven-percent compared with September of 2012. The numbers weren't all disappointing though.
Buick sales increased by six-percent with Cadillac sales up ten-percent. Chevrolet Malibu sales rose 29-percent, with sales of the Spark up six-percent and retail sales of the Impala increasing by 64-percent. The big drop came in fleet sales which were down 27-percent.
"We expect a strong finish to the year and more growth in 2014 thanks to new products and a healthier economy," says GM vice president Kurt McNeil.
