LANSING (WKZO) -- The state Senate has unanimously passed a bill requiring cities across the state to buy only American made flags and flag holders if the flags are priced competitively with foreign made flags and flag holders. According to the terms of the bill if a city decides to buy a less-expensive foreign-made product they must post that fact on their web site. The bill now goes to the Michigan House.
