ATLANTA, GA (WTVB) - Week 5 finished up with a surprise on “Monday Night Football” as the New York Jets connected on a 43-yard field goal as time expired for a 30-28 win over the Falcons at the Georgia Dome. The Jets improved to 3-and-2 while Atlanta fell to 1-and-4.

Meanwhile, The Lions are investigating reports that center Dominic Raiola verbally abused members of the University of Wisconsin Marching Band before Sunday's 22-9 Detroit loss to the Packers in Green Bay. Raiola allegedly used obscenities and made comments about weight and sexuality to several members of the band. In a statement, the Lions said they were aware of the reported incident and that the organization is gathering more information and will respond when appropriate. Raiola has been fined twice in the past five years for incidents involving fans.

Coming up Sunday, the Lions play the Browns in Cleveland with 3-and-2 records for both teams. We’ll have the game on the radio beginning at Noon Sunday on AM 1590 and FM 95.5 WTVB.
