DETROIT (WKZO) -- Detroit City Councilman James Tate wants the city to utilize a method called "prescribed grazing" in an attempt to fight blight. It calls for bringing goats to the city to eat overgrown grass on abandoned lots. Tate says the plan to use these "natural lawnmowers" would save the city a lot of money. He will present his proposal to council Thursday.
