After they got his pickup truck pulled over, Roggow fled on foot for a short distance before begin arrested. A search of the vehicle by the MSP canine showed Roggow was in possession of 3.5 grams of Methamphetamine. Felony charges he’s facing include fleeing & eluding police, possession of meth, operating under the influence of drugs, driving while license suspended and parole violation. The passenger Lowery who also is on parole was not arrested at this time. State Troopers were assisted by the Saint Joseph County Sheriff Department and Sturgis Police.
