BRONSON, MI (WTVB) - Five residential burglaries in rural Branch County were discovered yesterday with the daylight break-ins happening while no one was home at the time. Michigan State Police at the Coldwater Post say the crimes happened in the southwest part of the county in Bronson and Noble Townships. Troopers say among the items stolen were large amounts of coins.
The investigation produced a possible vehicle used in the thefts described as a white truck with white cap and a potential suspect believed to be a white male approximately 20-25 years of age. The homes broken into were located along sections of Slisher, Pleasant Hill, Burr Oak, Prairie River and Douglas Roads. Anyone with information about the break-ins is asked to call the State Police at 278-2373 or Crime Stoppers at 574-288-STOP.
