DETROIT (WKZO) -- Murder suspect Bob Bashara was in court Thursday morning and was denied permission to use a laptop computer while he is in prison awaiting trial.
Bashara told a judge last month that he suffers from macular degeneration which makes it difficult for him to review documents pertaining to his trial. He says that reading on a computer would make it easier for him to prepare for his March 3rd trial.
Jane Bashara's body was found inside her vehicle parked in a Detroit alley in January of 2012. Handyman Joe Gentz pleaded guilty to strangling Jane Bashara and told police Bob Bashara hired him to kill his wife.
