AUBURN HILLS (WKZO) -- The Chairman of Fiat SpA announced Monday that CEO Sergio Marchionne will continue in his role for the next three years. John Elkann told reporters at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit that he is very happy now that Fiat has purchased the remaining shares of Chrysler from the United Auto Workers Union Healthcare trust. Marchionne later revealed a decision on where the newly formed company should be headquartered will be made by the Fiat Board of Directors on January 29th.
