ANN ARBOR, MI (WTVB) - Tenth-ranked Michigan keeps rolling with the Wolverines last night beating Purdue 75-66 at Crisler Center. Michigan remained perfect in the Big Ten, leading the league at 8-0 while improving to 16-4 overall with their tenth straight victory. Nik Stauskas paced the Wolverines in scoring with 16 points and got double digit help from Derrick Walton Jr. and Caris Levert, who had 14 points apiece, and Levert also pulled down a career high 11 rebounds. Purdue has lost 13 straight games against top 10-ranked teams. Michigan’s next game is Sunday afternoon at Indiana.
Tomorrow afternoon, number-7 Michigan State takes on Georgetown at Madison Square Garden while arch-rivals Western Michigan and Central Michigan battle at University Arena in Kalamazoo.
