LANSING (WKZO) -- Right to Life Michigan is hailing the U.S. Supreme Court ruling regarding allowing Hobby Lobby and other companies to opt out of part of the Affordable Care Act pertaining to contraception. Organization president Barbara Listing called it a "critical victory in protecting the right of conscience and religious liberty against government overreach." In a 5-4 ruling, justices ruled some private companies with religious objections do not have to provide prescription contraceptive coverage to employees.
