AUBURN HILLS, MI (WTVB) - The Pistons slim playoff hopes are beginning to fade after another fourth quarter dive led to a 105-94 loss to the Bulls last night at the Palace. Detroit trailed just 71-70 heading into the final period but Chicago went on an 18-4 run and the Pistons were on their way to their fifth defeat in six games. Greg Monroe dropped in 27 points to lead Detroit. The 24-37 Pistons trail eighth place Atlanta by 3 games for the final Eastern Conference postseason bid. Tomorrow night, it’s Detroit at Minnesota.
