KALAMAZOO, MI (WTVB) - You may want to take it easy the next few days until you adjust to Daylight Savings Time. Dr. Mark Goetting of Bronson Sleep Health in Kalamazoo says that the loss of sleep affects people's reflexes and can impair driving skills. He says it can also worsen chronic health conditions. Some people have a more temperamental sleep cycle than others.
