AUBURN HILLS (WKZO) -- Fiat Chrysler Automobiles says CEO Sergio Marchionne was paid nearly five-million dollars in 2013. He did not accept a salary Monday.
The pay for Marchionne represents a 1.3-million dollar cut from 2012, but the report does not say why. Fiat's sales have been slow in Europe and Brazil, and the automaker's North American market share is small. In the U.S., Canada and Mexico, the company's sales are driven by Chrysler.
