INDIANAPOLIS, IN (WTVB) - Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay faces four felony counts of possession of a controlled substance after being arrested late Sunday on suspicion of intoxicated driving. Irsay also faces a preliminary misdemeanor charge after being arrested in Carmel. The 54-year-old was released yesterday afternoon. The NFL could step in to discipline Irsay even before the law does so. NFL spokesman Greg Aiello tells "The Star" that Irsay's run in with police will be dealt with under the league's personal conduct policy. Discipline will be handled by commissioner Roger Goodell.
