FREMONT, IN (WTVB) – A one-car rollover crash last night on I-69 near Fremont injured the driver from Battle Creek and one of his passengers. Indiana State Police say the crash that happened shortly after 7:30 pm closed the northbound lanes of the highway for about an hour. Troopers say the Honda Accord driven by 40-year old Timothy McFellin was northbound and for as yet unknown reasons, he rolled the car multiple times with the vehicle coming to rest upright across both lanes.
McFellin and a 41-year old female passenger from Ft. Wayne were taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center in Ft. Wayne for treatment. There’s no word on their conditions. Another passenger, 13-year old Jacob McFellin, escaped injury. The accident remains under investigation.
