COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – The completion of a proposed residential development that would feature 58 apartment units in downtown Coldwater appears to have a long road ahead.
As a follow-up to the project announcement at the Coldwater City Council meeting Monday, Community Service Director and Assistant City Manager Keith Baker told the Coldwater Historic District Commission Tuesday evening that the project will come before the H.D.C. next month as developers will be seeking federal tax credits.
He added an historic preservation architect will present an application to the State Historic Preservation Office. Baker said the project will be going through four different boards and commissions for various approvals over the next couple of months.
