EAST LANSING, MI (WTVB) – Michigan State and Michigan kick off the 2017 football season tomorrow. MSU opens the campaign at noon hosting Bowling Green in East Lansing. The Spartans are looking to improve on a disappointing 3-and-9 record in 2016.
Number-nine U-of-M begins the season against number-16 Florida in Dallas tomorrow. The Wolverines were 10-and-3 last year, losing 33-32 to Florida State in the 2016 Orange Bowl.
Central Michigan opened their season with a 30-27 overtime victory over Rhode Island.
