COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – An expansion of a senior housing project on Coldwater’s northeast side will come before the city’s Planning Commission tonight.
The owners of Burns Park senior living community off Michigan Avenue are proposing an additional eight single-story multi-family residential buildings containing 26 units. There will be four additional one bedroom units and 22 two bedroom units. All will be rented at market rate.
The first phase of Burns Park apartment development was built in 2002 with 30 units across eight single-story buildings.
